Easy Apple Crisp

This awesome, almost homemade and Easy-Apple-Crisp starts with many ingredients that you already have in the pantry. This dessert always takes me back to late summer early fall days growing up. We would always go out to the local orchards and pick bushels of apples. My aunt would make homemade apple sauce, fresh apple pie and of course Easy Apple Crisp.

This a great addition to any holiday feast, or a quick dessert for family or friends at any time. Mad with only five ingredients. Crisp Apples mixed with nutty flavors of chopped nuts and rolled oats. It goes great with a vanilla ice cream or fresh whipping cream.

Ingredients for the Easy Apple Crisp:

  • Use 8 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 Boxed Spice Cake or Butter Pecan Cake
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped Pecans (optional)
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Can of County Apple or Carmel Apple Pie Filling
